Refund policy

 

We will happily arrange a refund or exchange of the product if it is in its original condition and we are notified within 10 business days after receiving the item in any of the following situations:

  • The product proves faulty within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • The product does not match its description as provided when sold.
  • The product received is not the product ordered.
  • The product has been damaged in transit.

If any of the above-mentioned problems occur, please contact us right away to arrange a return. Products returned without notice will be refused.

Parcels lost after being delivered with an authority to leave are not eligible for a refund. Authority to leave is automatically assigned for orders getting sent with Australia Post or if the parcels weigh less than 500g (e.g. containing only 1 or 2 items).

Please ensure that returned products are safely packed. We will not be held liable for product damage incurred during return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (Vic). No part of these terms of use is to be taken as an express or implied repudiation of our obligations under these pieces of legislation.
