Shipping policy

 

Mura is located in Dover Heights, NSW. We use Australia Post to ship all orders and offer free standard shipping on orders over $120, Australia wide.

	Orders over $120	Free
Express (Australia Wide)	Order by 1 pm (AEST – Canberra time) for same day despatch  Sent by Australia Post Express.	$16.50

 

When will my order be dispatched?

• Same day dispatch: for all orders placed by 1 pm between Monday and Friday
• Following morning dispatch: for all orders placed after 1 pm between Monday and Friday
• Next day (any time) dispatch: for all orders placed on the weekend and public holidays

You will receive a confirmation email that your order is on its way, including your tracking number.

What do I do if I haven't received my parcel?

If you have not received your parcel within a reasonable time, please let us know and we will contact the Australia Post on your behalf. If you have any other enquiry about your delivery, you can email us at hello@muraorganics.com.

 

Do you offer international shipping?
